• The Wellness Area is dedicated to relaxation and well-being and is not a venue of a sexual nature. Please respect the calm atmosphere and the discretion required.
• No outdoor shoes are permitted in the Wellness Area. Disposable slippers are available at the entrance.
• Swimwear is not permitted. For everyone’s comfort, we ask guests to wear a bath towel around the body instead.
• For hygiene reasons, guests are requested to shower before any treatment.
• The use of a towel in the sauna is mandatory. After using the sauna or spa, please return the bathrobes, towels and the lift key to the hotel reception.
• Please inform your beautician of any health issues or, if you are pregnant, notify us when you schedule your appointment.
• Access is prohibited for children under 12 years old and for children under 18 years old without adult supervision.
• The spa owners reserve the right to exclude and refuse admission to the spa area to any person whose behaviour is contrary to these rules.
• Management accepts no liability for loss or theft.
• You are required to cover the cost of repairing and restoring any damage you may have caused in the area you have rented.

Booking, cancellation, changes and refund policy

• For each booking, we require a € 100,00 deposit (or the full treatment amount) to be paid into our Luxembourg bank account:, code BIC : BCEELULL - code IBAN : LU30 0019 3600 0694 8000 stating the booking name and date, or by credit card debit by providing the card number, expiry date, the 3-digit security code on the back of the card, and the cardholder’s name.
• In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited.
• In case of cancellation more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be held and you will receive a gift voucher valid for 1 year in our Wellness.
• Any change of treatment or date made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a € 25 administration fee.
• The above fees will not apply if the client finds a replacement for the same time slot.
• Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted at any time.
• Please note that wet floors may be slippery (we recommend wearing your slippers).
• In the event of any malfunction/breakdown, no refund may be claimed. We will offer compensation in the form of a voucher, with an amount adapted to the inconvenience suffered.
• In case of late arrival, the full treatment will be charged. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment time.
